  The young lady on duty last night was exactly what you hope to encounter when you need a smile. She was very kind, professional and manager material. After working in 7 degrees outside with little sleep, we relaxed for the first time while talking to her while she made our order. I wish I got her name, but say thank you to her here!

  Very slow service. In that yes they take your order quickly but then you wait 20 to 30 minutes for your food. Its very slow service and by the time you get your food your mad because it took way to long to get. Will not come to this one again!!!!

  AMAZINGLY bad service -- slow, sloppy food preparation, surly drive-through attendants...I captured video of the manager threatening to "bring some whoop Ass" on a customer who had sent an incorrect order back twice. Avoid at all costs....even Sonic is better than this.

  Seems like the food is never hot and the service (particularly during peak times) is always pretty slow. This location seems worse than most. The only plus is it is the least expensive option in Falcon.
